There have been worrying signs from the Government that school meals are not going to be given the protection they need from the coming budget cuts.

Merton Parents for Better Food in Schools was set up in 2005 in response to terrible school meals across the borough. We have led a lively campaign to ensure we get decent school meals at every school in Merton. We rely entirely on parent and governor power. If you have children who go to Merton schools or if you are interested in working to improve children’s diet than this is the site for you.
